Normally, we offer complimentary shipping for orders over $99. For those under this threshold, shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the total weight/volume of your order. Place your orders by 5pm for swift next-day dispatch; orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. We strive to deliver your items swiftly, with most deliveries reaching metro areas on the east coast within 3 working days.

Please note, deliveries to WA, TAS, SA, NT, and remote country areas might take up to 10 business days. If you need your order urgently, contact us for express shipping options (additional fees apply).

Once your purchase is complete, our team prioritizes dispatching your product. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details when your order is on its way. We use reliable courier services including Star Trek, AusPost, TNT, and Parcelpoint for shipping. If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification card. Your product can then be collected from your local courier depot.

For the safety of your parcels, our courier services, including Australia Post, take utmost care. However, we’re not liable for any loss or damage caused by these services, except in cases of our fraud or wilful misconduct. This includes scenarios where parcels are:

B. Left at your address in a way that differs from your specified delivery instructions.
C. Not left at your address and require collection from a Post Office.
