• Shipping is free for orders over $100 Australia wide.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping location and combined order volume/weight.
  • Orders before 3pm are generally dispatched same day, alternatively they will be dispatched next day from our Gold Coast warehouse.
  • Generally items are delivered within 3 working days for metro areas along the east coast. Deliveries to WA, TAS, SA, NT and remote country areas may take up to 10 business days. If your delivery is urgent, please contact us and we can arrange express shipping (fees apply)
  • Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details.
  • All orders are shipped via courier, including Star Trek, AusPost, TNT and Parcelpoint. Don’t worry if you’re not at home when the product/s are delivered. The courier will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your new product will then be available to be collected at your local courier depot.
  • HIGH5 Nutrition is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder, alternative product choice or a full refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of utilised courier services, including Australia post in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:

A. where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
B. where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
C. where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct
