Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink.

You don’t need to drink extra water with it but when exercising it’s important to stay hydrated so we recommend using this product alongside ZERO.

This mixed flavour pack contains 15 gels, split between Energy Gel Aqua Orange, Energy Gel Aqua Berry, Energy Gel Aqua Caffeine Citrus and Energy Gel Aqua Caffeine Berry.

Is this product Vegetarian/Vegan?
Yes, Energy Gel Aqua is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.

Does this product contain caffeine?
This pack contains gels with and without caffeine. Energy Gel Aqua Caffeine contains caffeine (30mg per gel). We do not recommended this product for children or pregnant women. Energy Gel Aqua does not contain caffeine.

Is this product natural?
Energy Gel Aqua contains natural flavourings and no colourings or artificial sweeteners.

Can you recycle HIGH5 packaging?
We now offer different ways to help recycle our single-use packaging (this includes Energy Gel and Energy Bar wrappers) which aren’t widely recyclable through traditional recycling facilities. Read more about the scheme here.

Do I need to take water with Energy Gel Aqua?
Energy Gel Aqua has a consistency more like a sports drink so, unlike many other gels, you don’t need to drink extra water with it. When exercising it’s important to stay hydrated so we recommend using Energy Gel Aqua alongside ZERO.

Is it okay to take Energy Gel Aqua and follow with water or ZERO?
You should consume gels with appropriate fluid intake to stay hydrated as is recommended whenever you take part in sports activity. You can use ZERO instead of water.

Which HIGH5 gel to choose: Energy Gel or Energy Gel Aqua?
There is no right or wrong answer: they both do the same job; it’s simply down to personal preference. Energy Gel Aqua has a lighter consistency – somewhere between a drink and a gel. Whereas Energy Gel is less bulky and lighter in weight, which makes it easier to carry in larger quantities.
