When recovering from endurance sport and high intensity training sessions, it’s important to replenish our muscle’s glycogen stores with fast release carbohydrates as well as protein. Recovery Drink contains over 20g of carbohydrate per serving as well as whey protein isolate, making it ideal for endurance recovery over most protein powders, which contain very little carbohydrate and fat.
